This notice explains what personal data ScaffPilot processes and why.
What we collect
- Account data you give when you sign up: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and optionally company, country, phone and main scaffold system.
- Licence data: your edition, upgrade requests, and when and from which kind of client (web, desktop) and version the app last checked your licence.
- Your projects stay in files you save. FEM calculations run on your own computer.
Why
To provide your account and licence (contract), to keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and – only if you ticked the box – to send you product news (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
How long
As long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data and object to processing. Write to info@scaffpilot.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
The website and app store only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. No advertising cookies.
